Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, I offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in
good condition with all stones intact along with the original packaging materials. Please fill out the
return form that was included in your shipment stating the reason for your return. I will refund your
payment (minus tax, shipping and handling charges). Please notify customer service that you are
returning your items. For shipments damaged in transit, contact customerservice@jewelofthenile.org.

Do you accept international orders and how do you ship these orders?
|

Yes, I accept international orders (with international money order or wire transfer only). I ship parcel
post airmail and USPS Global Priority Mail. The shipping charges will show up on your receipt after
you've completed your order. Because there is no way to estimate these charges, there is a flat rate
for shipment. Once you've selected your shipping preference (by emailing customer service), if the
flat rate does not meet (or exceeds) the cost of shipment, you will be contacted before your order is
mailed. As soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

If there is no shopping cart available, how do I place an order and how do I pay for the order?

If the shopping cart is not available, once you decide which item(s) you would like to order, send an email to customer service with the item number, description, price, quantity, shipping preference, name, address, phone and email information. You will then be advised as to what the tax and shipping charges will be. Once you receive this information, you may mail your check or money order along with a copy of the email containing the information. You may also make payment via Paypal
(www.paypal.com) to jewelofthenile@mindspring.com. Please be sure to include your full name,
address, email address and copy of email if sending payment by mail.

Do you repair your designs?

Yes, I can repair any item ordered through the website. If your jewelry needs repairing because of faulty workmanship, there is no charge for the repair. If the jewelry was damaged because of an unforeseen accident, there will be a charge for the repair. Please call for an estimate for the repair before returning the item. Once an estimate has been discussed, just return the item in the original packaging along with all gemstones and other materials (silver/other beads, clasps, etc.). There may be an additional charge if some of the beads or gemstones are missing and need to be replaced.

Once I order one of your designs, when will I receive it?

Most orders will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Since most of the designs are made to order, I will
advise you in our correspondence as to how long it will take to make.

All your designs are in silver. Can you make a piece of jewelry in gold?
|

Most of my pieces can be made in gold wire and/or beads. Please email me describing which
piece you are interested in and what your preferences are. The price will vary according to the metal.
Of course, gold will increase the price tremendously.

I would like a custom made piece. Can you make custom designs?
|

A.
|
A. Very often my clients want to custom design their jewelry. It may be something as simple as
changing the beads in a necklace or bracelet that is already designed. I am also asked to design a bracelet or earrings to match a necklace they purchased elsewhere. Sometimes women already own beads that they want to use in a custom piece. Please contact customer service so we can discuss what custom piece you are interested in having designed.

What materials do you use to make your necklaces and bracelets?
|

Good question! The necklaces that are not made with sterling silver wire, are on 49 strands of stainless steal coated by nylon to avoid scratching. This makes them very strong and able to withstand every day usage including minor accidents that may occur. The bracelets are made with 14 strands of stainless with coated by nylon. Pearls are usually on 7 strands of stainless steel coated by nylon since they are very lightweight. Any design that incorporates wire, is Stelring Silver.

What if I order an item and it's too small or large?
|

Most of the bracelets are 7 inches, the average for a medium sized person. If you need a bracelet in a larger size, email customer service with the item number and size you wish to order. The
necklaces are 16-18 inches (as listed in item description). If, however, you order an item that doesn't fit properly, return it in the original packaging, along with the return form specifying the correct size, and we will be glad to resize it for you. If you are ordering a custom design, you should specify the exact measurements for each.
